We invite you to take some time to explore and learn about the changes that occur in your body when bearing children and indulge in a little TLC, repairing and resetting.

Our workshops are a powerful and effective combination of learning, exploring, moving, and exercising. Each of the packages, whether prenatal, postnatal or very postnatal are designed to support you in helping yourself. 

We're looking for deep and long-lasting results. They don't replace individual care but start you on a journey.

Prenatal

Congratulations, Baby Bear on the way!

Newly Postnatal

Round of Applause, you're a Mamma bear now!  

So much focus in early motherhood is on your baby, but you're special too! Needing to be a morning lark, a night owl and some form of bleary eyed pidgeon the rest of the time feels like it will go on forever!

Quite often kinks and aches and pains develop from the repetitive nature of feeding, changing, winding and settling small babies. Let us help you iron these out.

Very Postnatal

You're now a Super Bear! 

You have survived bearing the babies, rearing the babies, its now time to focus on yourself, repairing and raring to go! Grab that Mid Life badge and wear it with pride, I do!

We put up with a lots of crappy bits: kids with crappy attitudes, jobs with crappy bosses and commutes, bodies with jiggly, wonky, crappy bits...long time until retirement! Dive into your self test to see where some of your body bothers come from and start with the easy signposts.

I've watched my husband Tony come to grips (literally) with our four babies. My advice-giving credentials to Dads are hard-won!

Tony frequently received my caring and instructive feedback about standing better when holding the baby, or how to bend from the hips when using the changing table or sitting supported when feeding, just so he wouldn't be moaning about having a sore back, shoulder, or neck to add to my to-do list!
